I am an Information Technology professional with decades of experience. I cut my teeth at Chevron, Disney, Copley Newspapers, Fairchild Publications and, for almost 10 years ran an MSP serving real estate, insurance, and archirectural offices firms across Los Angeles and Orange Counties. I also served as the IT Manager at the city of Norwalk, CA before venturing out to Codementor and finally coming here to Amazon Web Services.

I am an expert in Systems and Network Engineering and am now running a cloud native development and engineering firm focused on Amazon Web Services. The name of my company is Enkompass and we have become quite proficient at developing cloud native, IoT, video, and contact center applications that run in the Amazon cloud.

I was one of the first people to successfully run Asterisk in the cloud in 2008. As a company, we have the distinction of having designed the largest Amazon Connect deployment in the world in late 2022.
