Kiran suggested I use a solution to my problem that was not offered by any other AWS IQ vendors, and I hope will ultimately be simpler, faster and much more convenient for me. This review is for the setup step that was completed in a timely manner and with excellent chat and video conference communication. I am now very optimistic that the remainder of the task will continue to be easy and within budget, and that I will be also be given very clear instructions with screenshots on the steps required from me for this online app solution. That let me figure out with staff what approach would work best for everyone. He walked through the configuration and I had some specific tweaks I wanted which he was able to take care of.
