I reached out for help with an SSH connection issue, but unfortunately, the solution proposed was to completely reconfigure the server, requiring a pre-issue backup—which wasn’t practical in my case. No effective fix was actually provided for the problem itself. Another expert was able to resolve the issue without data loss and at a lower cost. Given the outcome, I don’t believe the service I received was worth the $70 charged. Disappointed with the experience overall.
